Westfield Academy continues to be a Good School.

Following an Ofsted Inspection in early October 2023 students, staff and Governors are delighted to announce that Westfield Academy continues to be a good school.  This is the third consecutive “Good”  inspection of the school.  

The report has recognised that Westfield Academy is “happy, inclusive and caring".  

“The school’s ethos is built on warm and respectful relationships” and “pupils feel well cared for”.   We are extremely pleased that the good behaviour of our students has been noted, along with the quality of pastoral care and our “engaging” curriculum.  Students are the priority at Westfield Academy, they are proud of their school and feel listened to. 

We are a school of core values that we encourage and develop in our students as well as modelling them as staff,.  The inspectors remarked “The school’s ‘STRIVE’ values, including integrity and empathy, are demonstrated by the whole school community”
